Shaila Gonzalez is an Intake Assistant who prioritizes building meaningful, trust based relationships with clients from the very first interaction. She takes pride in balancing professionalism with empathy to address each client's unique needs. Shaila is currently pursuing her Associate's degree in Legal Studies at the College of Lake County. She plans to continue her education with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.
